At Ko Japanese Dining, we invite you to indulge in the tradition of Kaiseki, a multi-course Japanese dining experience meticulously crafted to delight your senses. Our Kaiseki offerings are a celebration of seasonal ingredients, culinary artistry, and exceptional flavors. 

Kaiseki Reservation Policy

To ensure the highest quality and preparation for your Kaiseki experience, reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. Please note that all members of your party must order Kaiseki for a Kaiseki reservation. This allows us to provide a seamless and immersive dining experience for everyone at your table.

Our Kaiseki Tiers (all courses are chef's choice) 

  1. Tempura Kaiseki Course ($100) 

    • A course featuring expertly fried tempura, alongside other seasonal dishes.

  2. Sashimi & Tempura Kaiseki Course ($120) 

    • A refined selection of fresh sashimi, complemented by a variety of traditional Kaiseki dishes.

  3. Premium Kaiseki Course ($150) 

    • The ultimate Kaiseki experience, combining sashimi, tempura, and wagyu beef.

Reservation Details

To make a Kaiseki reservation, please email us at kaiseki@kojapanesedining.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Preferred Date and Time (at least 4 days in advance)
  • Number of Guests (please ensure all guests will be ordering Kaiseki)
  • Chosen Kaiseki Tier (Tempura Kaiseki Course, Sashimi Kaiseki Course, or Premium Kaiseki Course)
  • Food Allergies (if any)

We will respond to your reservation request within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize your booking.

Important Notes

  • Reservations are subject to availability.
  • Please inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Due to the nature of the Kaiseki experience, late arrivals may affect the quality and timing of your meal.
